1.     2 x Discussion Group sessions; A place to discuss all things tantra, yoga, healing and spiritual growth, and to build community and get the know one another better.

2.     4 x Gentle Naked Yoga sessions; For grounding, flexibility and strength. We will practice in our nakedness as a symbolic gesture of connecting to our naked truth.

3.     4 x Meditation sessions; A shared place to practice our meditations, mostly derived from the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, giving and receiving energy to lift all our vibration (including access to our growing meditation resource library).

4.     2 x Tantra Yoga Practice sessions; Based on my forthcoming book 'Tantra Yoga: The Dance of Shiva'. Here we journey deeper into self-understanding for self-realisation; from individual consciousness to universal consciousness.
